10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brisbane, Queensland.

10.2 Arbitration

By mutual agreement, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA)

rules. Arbitration will occur in Brisbane, Queensland, and decisions will be final and enforceable in courts of competent jurisdiction.

10.3 Class Actions Waiver

You waive the right to participate in any class action. Claims must be brought individually.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

11.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at any time.
